The ring & necklace I purchased are beautiful (based on them alone, it would have been 5 stars)! The reason for my 4 stars is, actually 2 reasons, 1 I was told when I purchased (on tik tok live) that for my purchase of the 2 pieces, that I would also receive a bracelet & earrings (which were even shown to me on the live) in addition to my purchase, which I did NOT receive! Also, the second reason I rate 4 stars is, I paid the extra $15 for the faster shipping (5-7 day shipping time), however I did not receive my order for 11 days, which I would be fine with if they offered my $15 back for paying for a shipping service I did not receive, but nothing was even acknowledged about it. I would purchase again, I just wouldn't count on it if they told me I was getting an additional gift with my order, nor would I pay the additional $15 for faster shipping just to get in the same amount of time I would have gotten it with the free shipping! I do also appreciate the included certificates that came with each piece ordered!
