1. If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you with a perfect gift.
2. We do not offer overnight shipping.
3. For The United States： At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.
4. For The United States: Shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
5. For The United United Kingdom: For the British Ocean Territory in the UK, the British Virgin Islands do not provide courier services.
6. For Canada & Australia： At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time
We will inspect and package the package within 4 Business Day of receiving the order to ensure that the package is safe and send it to the logistics provider. After the order is sent, you will receive an email with detailed information about the tracking number of the delivery order.
Shipping Time
We cooperate with the official logistics line to only provide you with the fastest logistics service. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all items to the United States-including Alaska,Hawaii and Puerto Rico. (Those are based on the actual express delivery costs.)
WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME
The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: design for you, make the custom items, material quality, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 2-4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
1、A phone number is required when shipping, please leave the correct email and address information on your order to send order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
2、When the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problems to us, you will be charged for re-shipping costs if you require a refund. Please note that for the personalized items there is a 50% restocking fee.
*Deliveries may take longer, with the following factors:
- The impact of the COVID-19;
- The customs clearance ability is slow;
- Major holidays are approaching;
- The impact of severe weather.
DUTIES & TAXES
ABOUT TAXEShipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. ViviRoco Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
